Representation of TFT-LCD multinational company in an administrative proceeding initiated by Conselho Administrativo de Defesa Econômica – CADE due to cartel investigation.
Participation in the definition of strategies for the defense of one of the largest multinationals of the cooling systems industry in litigation relating to antitrust issues, in the amount of R$ 750 million.
Representation of three of the Brazilian largest highway public concession companies and financial institutions in strategic class actions and other legal proceedings.
Assistance to one of the Brazilian largest construction companies in drafting and negotiating agreements relating to the construction of thermoelectric power plant with value estimated in more than R$ 1,2 billion.
Participation in the due diligence of one of the Brazilian´s largest insurance companies in the process of its acquisition by important international financial group.
